  We shopped at the IKEA on University in Round Rock and had a good overall experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, and the staff we interacted with were helpful when needed without being pushy. Checkout moved reasonably well, and everything we came for was in stock. IKEA can be busy, but this visit felt well managed and efficient. Overall, a solid experience and we would shop this location again.

  This is a one story IKEA, so it's quite easy to navigate with a cart. As tradition, the restaurant is tucked inside but you can grab ice cream or a hot dog near the exit or as you enter. We had no issues finding our necessities in the Market Place and their kiosks for self service are easily findable. A very solid IKEA for any basic needs.

  Poor plants are not being watered at all 💔🌱 The plants are being left to dry out and die right in the store 😔 It is honestly painful to see and feels completely cruel. This kind of neglect is unacceptable 🚫 Especially from a brand that promotes care, responsibility, and creating a better everyday life. Selling living plants while not providing even the most basic care is heartless 😢🌿 and directly contradicts IKEA’s values. It leaves a very negative impression and should be addressed immediately ⚠️🙏

  DON'T BOTHER WITH ADDING THE EXTRA IN-HOME DELIVERY FEE! Paid an additional $69 for In-Home delivery for our package and our order of 7 boxes was just left outside our door with no knock. Tried complaining to get a refund with the follow-up number provided and was left to talk to an AI Bot that wasn't helpful at all. And then the AI bot couldn't connect me to a human for what the bot said would take 20 minutes. I just want a refund for the in-home delivery and won't delete this review until they do.
