If you join the Free Gas contributor program, we store the details you provide at sign-up — your name, email address, city, state, ZIP code, and optional display name and neighborhood — along with the photos and videos you submit, their descriptions, and any messages you send us through your contributor dashboard.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health details, or precise location of private residences) in submissions or messages.

Questions you ask Rocky AI are processed by our AI provider to generate an answer. Do not share personal or sensitive information in the chat. Conversation content may be reviewed to improve answer quality and site safety.

We use contributor information to run the Free Gas program: reviewing submissions, awarding entries and prizes, contacting winners, and displaying approved content with your display name. We use usage data to keep the site fast, secure, and relevant to Round Rock residents.

We never sell your personal information to anyone.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You can update your contributor profile from your dashboard at any time. To correct, export, or delete your information, or to withdraw from the program, send us a message from your contributor dashboard or use the contact page. Deleting your account removes your profile, submissions, entries, and messages.

Accounts and submissions are stored with our managed backend provider using encryption in transit and at rest, with row-level access controls. We retain program records while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to resolve disputes and audit drawings.

Local Round Rock and the Free Gas program are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
