I purchased a brand new Alienware Aurora Gaming Desktop in August 2025 for nearly $3,000. By January 2026, just five months later, the computer began crashing repeatedly and eventually failed completely with eight different kernel-level stop codes — clear indicators of hardware failure. What followed was nearly four months of poor customer service. Dell support initially insisted this was a software issue not covered under warranty and pushed multiple OS reinstalls as the fix. Even after a full factory reset failed to resolve the problem and the computer crashed again with the aftermarket SSD physically removed, Dell still tried to attribute it to software. Only after I filed a BBB complain

I’ve been a loyal Dell user for years and switched back from Chromebooks because I needed better compatibility with Microsoft PowerPoint. Unfortunately, my Dell Inspiron 15 has had the same hinge and screen-casing failure twice in just over two years. The first repair was completed under warranty in Aug 2024, and the same part failed again in Oct 2025. Despite careful use and clear evidence this is a repeat defect, Dell declined any help, claiming policy only allows one repair—even though my first was within warranty. Representatives were courteous, but the company’s unwillingness to stand behind its own repair is disappointing. I hope Dell re-examines its quality control and customer-care

Spent $1,639 for a new desktop computer. None of the documentation, including the operating manual, shown on the packing list, were in the box!!! Dell forgot to send them!!! When I ask to have them shipped to me, they refuse. They will only send links to the documents. I TEFUSE TO HAVE TO USE MY PAPER AND INK TO PRINT THEM. Better Business Bureau notified. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE / SERVICE!!!

Bought an Alienware R3 15 at the beginning of January, out of the box the screen went crazy it took four boot cycles just to load to the welcome to windows screen (see photo). Called Dell to ask if they could fix this they said yes, I asked if I wasn't satisfied when I got it back if I could still return it for a refund they told me, no because the return policy won't allow for that. I paid $2500 for this laptop I bought the most high end I could from them so that it would last longer. Later I when ahead and formatted the OS and reloaded all drivers and windows updates hoping it would fix things, just to find that these guys turned RAID on when the pc came with a 1TB mechanical drive and a 2

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've purchases two Dell Inspirons over the years. The first one was about 25 year ago and it came out the box with a bad optic drive. They had to mail me a new one, I had to replace the old one with a new one and send the old one back. That computer lasted a year or two before it turned into a brick. Fast forward to 2020 and my son needs a computer for high school and the company I work for gets discounts on Dell computers. Against my better judgement, I buy another Dell computer. 1)The sales rep said that an anti-virus program was included with the purchase. I told her I didn't need it because I already have Norton. She explained that the cost of the anti-v
