  I've had a few stays with BW&W over the past year and they have always been so good. All levels of staff were so kind and patient. I drive past a lot of hospitals on my way to this one and it's been worth it every time.

  My test was part of wellness and should be covered 100%. I received an estimate of $450.00. I called to explain the test is part of wellness. Order code was showing for preventative but lady I spoke to said “you have not met deductible “…. I had to call my insurance to solve this. I don’t really like to write this but this is really unnecessary if billing is processed properly. I’m reading others comments. Looks like I’m not the only one who had to go through similar issues. I really hope billing process will improve.

  I realize the doctor felt ill suddenly and so I’m not faulting her however, I did not get a phone call regarding my results. I’m assuming that no news is good news I saw on the app. The final pathology, I think the results were benign. The nurse never called me back. I inquired about a rash. I broke out in around my surgery based on that not sure if I need to come in I did tell the assistant that I used Benadryl on it because the itch was incredible so a little disappointed about lack of follow up.

  WOW, I am currently dealing withe my 2nd fight with Brain cancer, when I was told my tumor had not only returned but was larger and much more aggressive I thought there was no way I could go thru this again!!! Turns out I was wrong, the entire team ( Yes a whole team of people came together and made it ok, from the Dr's to the Surgeon's team, to the ICU angels, and now an absolutely amazing group overseemy Chemotherapy / Radiation and aftercare. If there is any type of reward or recognition that they can receive i want them to. They are incredible, some names of especially wonderful folks, Dr's Levicic, Du, Oliver. My Gardian Angel Jamie, Cajoya, Caroline, and d the entire staff of the R

  The whole team was amazing. Dr. Santman is awesome! Him, his team, and the surgery room teams all took great care of me. They were all concerned with my comfort thru the whole experience. I can't thank them enough, I was down bad when I went to him for care. The surgery he did went very well, seamless even. There's not enough words to describe the difference in the way I feel and am walking. Also, I can't forget Dr. York, the anesthesia doctor, he made going under an experience. Awesome job and huge thank you from me and my family!
