My words are not enough to express how impressed I was with the quality of service and experience I got at Ascension Seton Maternity ward. It was beyond anything I could hope for. The hospital rooms were specious, clean and comfortable and had a sofa bed for my husband. Every member of the team was kind, professional, and made me feel safe and well cared for throughout my stay. The labor and delivery nurses were absolutely incredible!!!!! The labour nurses stayed by my side through more than 24 hours of labor, always calm, encouraging, and determined to help me through each stage. Their compassion and unwavering support made one of the hardest days of my life so much more manageable. Spec

I gave birth to a baby boy here on May. 20.2026, the LDR staff were amazing. Thank you to nurse sarah for admitting us and being supportive until she got off shift🫶🏽 Thank you to nurse katelyn for making me comfortable as possible and putting pressure on my back🫶🏽 thank you to the other nurse for taking care of my son as soon as he came out. And to Dr. Duncan and Dr. Anger, both are great and they were very patient with me. I wish I remembered all the staff names and if I didn’t mention you forgive me. Postpartum nurses were amazing as well. They were patient, caring and very kind. NICU staff I thank you so much for taking amazing great care of my baby boy👏🏽🫶🏽. Housekeeping staff

The doctor who admitted my mom was friendly and patient with answering my concerns and explaining options,I called him Dr B. Dr Causey was actually surgeon and had great bedside care and manners. Her nurse Shaski was the best. She cares for her patients and was very supportive ,helpful but most of all kind to my mom and family. She was the best RN her passion for her job is amazing 😻. All the staff were great and took good care of my mom from putting in IVs to ensuring she was comfortable. That’s a lot in times where nurses are not appreciated for their dedication to patients. The overall staff here were kind and helpful. Thank you so much. If I need care I would recommend them!!

For the most part care was good. I especially appreciated the nurses, including Chassie and Madeline in ICU. My only real complaint was the food service. It usually took 15 minutes on hold to order. Food usually arrived cold. I'm vegetarian and choices were limited. Often menu items were no longer available or no longer "on the menu." In the 21st century it is unimaginable that they don't have an online menu that can be changed and online ordering. My niece frequently brought me food.

I recently gave birth at Ascension Seton in Round Rock, and three weeks later I’m still reflecting on how positive my experience was. From the moment I arrived through recovery, I felt supported, cared for, and genuinely looked after by an incredible team. I want to recognize some of the staff who made a lasting impression. Meghan and Sarah (first shift nurses) were wonderful, making sure I was comfortable and informed during their shifts. Sarah (morning nurse), Kelly (morning nurse), and Susie (morning nurse) each brought kindness and patience to every interaction—they never made me feel like just another patient. Kelly (second shift nurse) and Abigail (second shift nurse) were equally att
