  My sweet dog only visited fcac one time and it was when she passed. They were so compassionate and handled her and myself with such care in order to cremate her. I picked her back up today (a week later) and I was blown away by how she came back. A beautifully carved box that now holds my Lola’s ashes and a paw print to always have as a memory. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my family’s heart. It was very apparent how much the staff understands how hard a time like this can be.

  Mistakes happen. Staff are great, but there is a complete lack of accountability at the leadership level. We took our senior kitty in for a checkup, as she had started peeing outside the litterbox. An extensive and expensive list of tests were recommended, and we agreed to them all. Quite quickly she was diagnosed with reduced kidney function and a heart murmur. As she was a skittish cat, she immediately hid upon arriving home. When I coaxed her out the following morning I found her rear leg incredibly swollen and practically unusable. I couldn't make sense of what had happened and it wasn't until I snapped some quick photos, that I caught a peek of something red in her fur. Long sto

  The level of care I’ve received here truly feels like the highest quality. Communication is always incredibly fast, and every staff member I’ve interacted with is empathetic, patient, and genuinely caring. A special shout-out to Dr. Carter for the wonderful work he has done with my senior pup, Mocha, especially when she fell very ill after ingesting spoiled food, and through the many tooth extractions that followed. His calm demeanor and deep knowledge have helped me make the best decisions for her, and he consistently goes above and beyond to provide thoughtful updates and clear communication.   We ended up leaving our old veterinarian's clinic when they wouldn't see my Tabby for an emergency, even though they were considered an animal hospital. I called Forest Creek, and they simply said "Bring him in." They found that he had swallowed something and needed surgery to fix the issue, and ever since then they have been our providers of choice. Over the last couple of days, my two cats have had their standard checkups, and as always, they've been professional, nice, and always friendly.   Took our GS in for annual checkup and vaccinations. He is a loving dog, but at the vets he is scared and aggressive. He is a rescue with a history. The doc and techs were very patient with him and us. They went above and beyond for him. Highly recommend!
