  My wife and I purchased a water softener and carbon filter for our new home via a supplier given the hard water in Georgetown. Paul was our technician and he was awesome! I knew it was going to be a big job based on the system, but he was done in just a few hours and he provided us a great overview of how to work the system and when it needed salt. I also thought it was a very fair priced job, especially for the level of craftsmanship needed to install the system. I can’t recommend them enough, and any time I need a plumber, I’ll be calling Crows!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience with Carlos! He replaced our old sink with a beautiful, modern sink and repaired/replaced all of the broken plumbing underneath. From start to finish, he was extremely communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything to me, was completely transparent with his quotes, and never made me feel pressured or out of the loop. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with the finished work. He was also incredibly respectful of our home—he cleaned up the entire work area after he finished, which we really appreciated. It’s hard to find someone who is knowledgea

  I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. From Karen in the office to Tim in the field, everyone provided exceptional customer service. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about our needs. At no point did I ever feel pressured, upsold, or persuaded into purchasing something I didn’t need. In fact, they went out of their way to explain all available options so I could make an informed decision that was right for me.   We had quite complicated problem with our standing faucet, which installed just a bit over a year ago. The faucet was installed pretty badly at the beginning by our 1st contractor, who we fired them. After that we had an experienced plumber reinstalled the faucet and it had been working great since then. Anyway, recently we had a construction in our house and for some reason the problem showed up at this standing faucet again. Our contractor had 2 licensed plumbers came over to fix the it, but for somehow they made it worse. The water pressure at the faucet was very low for the hot water and after the 2nd plumber from our contractor worked on it, it got worse. Both hot and cold water got ve
